  The cleaning is fine but there staff are horrible when it comes to customer service. There is an older gentleman who is at the drop off are who is extremely rude if you decline any of his up selling. He was so rude it took me by absolute surprise. I would never recommend or go back to this place.

  Very disappointed.
  
  I came through today and got what I understood to be a detailed clean of the exterior and interior of my vehicle, including a polish.
  
  It was quite busy and so I settled in for a wait of a least an hour and to my extreme surprise it only took approximately 30 minutes.
  Which I suppose helps to explain how it was such a substandard service. The staff were actually RUNNING between tasks, between cars!
  
  I didn't want speed, I wanted a quality service. I paid for a quality service. And what I got was a fast but substandard service. Whilst it is cleaner, it is no where near what I expected for the price paid and the listed services.
  
  I am extremely disappointed and I will NOT be returning.

  Excellent car clean but you get what you pay for. Anything over the $80 I find they clean it more thoroughly. The $40 one is usually just a quick clean and never as good. Cafe has basic food- last time I was there most of the bread etc was from Aldi.
